Patients with Insurance Coverage (持医疗健康保验的病人的针灸支付)

Our clinic accepts most insurance plans that cover acupuncture and has a billing department to process all claims. Please bring your insurance card with you if you have insurance.

For your convenience, we will gladly call to verify your acupuncture coverage including eligibility and benefits. Please note that you will be

responsible for any portion of your bill that is not reimbursed by your insurance. You need to co-pay or prepay in cash  ($40/session) when the services are rendered. Any quotes given (see above fee list) regarding treatment are cash rates - insurance may be billed differently.

Your treating acupuncturist may be an in-network provider. However, if we are out-of-network but you have acupuncture coverage, you will be expected to pay at the time services are rendered. We will then provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for  direct reimbursement to you.

Car Accident & Workers' Compensation Claims(车祸/工伤保验申报)

Treatment will be provided with a car accident insurance or a workers' compensation claim approval. If your car accident insurance / employer or their insurance carrier denies your claim, you will be held financially responsible for all charges incurred for services rendered on your behalf.

Patients without Insurance Coverage(无医疗保险的病人)

If you do not have any insurance that covers acupuncture, please feel free to contact us or call for more information. Our clinic strives to provide acupuncture service to everyone. Recently, our clinic has a special program (Making Acupuncture Affordable Program for low-income patients) to provide acupuncture service to any low-income patients who really need it.

Cancellation Policy(取消预约政策)

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please kindly give us at least 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full price of your appointment with the exception of emergencies.

Initial Visit (针灸初诊治疗)

The first visit usually include taking a detailed health history, reviewing your present condition, performing physical examination, discussing your health history and current complaints and having your acupuncture or acupressure treatment, herbal consultation, cupping or use of other Chinese medicinal modalities. Please expect your first visit to last approximately 1.5 hours.

Please remember to bring with you any relevant medical test results, such as lab tests, X ray, CT or MRI reports, etc.

Subsequent Visits(针灸复诊治疗)

In subsequent follow-up visits, less time will be needed for intake and consultation, allowing more focus on the treatment itself. Please expect your follow-up acupuncture treatment last approximately an hour.
